Shipping Policy

Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used. The same policy applies to items damaged during transportation. However, we do replace defective items.

Please note the following:

  • Taxes and shipping costs are extra (via UPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or other courier services).
  • Customers at a distance must pre-pay for orders and shipping upfront. Please inquire for more details.
  • The original invoice and packaging are required for all return or exchange requests. You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase.
